One of the great things about homeschooling is that lessons can still continue when it snows.
In our family, the opportunity to play in the snow is a great motivator for completing our work. Yeah!
The great part about these chilly temperatures is that we could be sure the snow would still be around
in the afternoon. Sledding or hiking in 20 degrees is quite invigorating, especially with friends.
I LOVE all the energy the kids burned running up the sledding hills.
(They've been much calmer and eager for bed in the evenings.)
I'm not going to lie and say our week was 100% rosy (because it was NOT).
However, we all rather enjoyed the snow together (even me!)
